Same. I paid for it and never received a license. Love the program. Bummed I didn't get anything for my money. If the person is dead, who is still collecting the money from this software and why aren't licenses being issued?
Paid for it april 9 2023 when I needed it : received activation code april 13 2023 when it was too late, did not use activation code and asked for refund... no reply, nobody to talk to... today 1 year later I need it again... my account does not exist anymore, and of course activation code does not work. Very very very bad experience, I paid 84,43€ for nothing...
I paid, it was deducted from my account and I didn't receive anything, neither program nor license key. I've sent several emails and so far no response..... Extremely disappointed. This is how money continues to be made at the expense of others unfortunately.....
Purchased and downloaded. Received a license key that is no good. Emailed 4 different times to inquire about getting a usable license key. I have not heard back in 3 weeks. No refund either. Extremely disappointed
Too expensive for what is being offered. Pointed in the right direction but many editing problems. Minor quirks galore. Difficult to use and NOT intuitive. Frustration factor 6 stars.
